The good thing about PDF documents is that they keep the same design and layout cross-platform. The bad thing is that they can't be edited easily. Of course, there are PDF editors out there but they're usually quite expensive. If you don’t want to spend your money on one of these programs, download Free PDF to Word Doc Converter instead.

Despite not being a PDF editor in itself, Free PDF to Word Doc Converter will enable you edit and change PDFs by converting the original files to Word documents - and you don't even need to have Acrobat PDF Reader or Microsoft Word installed!

Free PDF to Word Doc Converter is very easy to use: select the source PDF file and target directory and choose whether you want to convert the whole file or just a certain page range. I've tried this software several times online and it never did what it claimed or I'd get an error message that the file was to big to convert. So I tried downloading two different times, yes I'm stupid, and it would get up to 99% complete and then hang - every time and then it wouldn't work again. File this software as Piece O'Crap.com

Cons

If it doesn't work at all it's hard to be objective with small negatives of the software.
